The Lobby Area is a flexible shared space that can be integrated with any room booking. It is commonly used for guest reception, event registration, networking, and informal gatherings. The space provides additional capacity and helps create a smooth flow for events, especially those with larger attendance or multiple activities.

All rental spaces at the Community Hub on Joyce are equipped with essential features designed to support a professional and functional event experience. These shared amenities ensure consistency and convenience across all rooms, regardless of size or purpose.

Standard features include Wi-Fi access, tables and chairs, whiteboards, and TV screens with HDMI connectivity. Select rooms also include advanced audio-visual equipment such as microphones and sound systems, making them suitable for presentations, workshops, and larger events.

CATERING & REFRESHMENTS

To support a complete event experience, the Community Hub on Joyce partners with three trusted local catering providers. These partners offer a variety of food and beverage options tailored to different event types and group sizes.

In addition, tea and coffee service is available for all bookings, providing a simple and convenient refreshment option for meetings, workshops, and community gatherings. Catering arrangements are coordinated to ensure smooth service and alignment with event requirements.
