How It Works:

Initial Intake:

Personalized Pre-Employment Training:
If eligible, you’ll receive customized pre-employment training designed to identify your strengths and prepare you for success. This step also helps us understand your unique needs to match you with the best job opportunities.

Employer Connections:
Once pre-employment training is complete, we assist in connecting you with potential employers. To ease the transition, we offer these potential employers wage subsidies to support your employment journey.

Ongoing Support:

Our commitment doesn’t end once you’re hired. We provide continued support to ensure a smooth transition and lasting success in your new role.
