Health Canada Harm Reduction Outreach

This program focuses on presenting information to those living in vulnerable situations on harm reduction strategies and how they relate to their situations and health. As part of the service approach, the outreach team provides multiple layers of supportive and informative services that will assist those in the most vulnerable of situations in acquiring the tools and services they need to sustain themselves and grow in new directions.
