Violence Prevention Program for Men (Low-Intensity) and Emotions Management for Women (Low-Intensity)
This program uses the principles of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to build positive self-awareness and fosters change by addressing topics based on the theory that a cognitive approach can positively impact aggressive, violent and pro-criminal behaviour. This program presents information and tools to facilitate a change in beliefs, thoughts, attitudes, behaviours, skills and habits that lead to criminal behaviour. The program is delivered once a week for 10 weeks in a group setting.
