Health Canada Hepatitis C/STBBI Education

The Hep C education program is designed to educate participants at an elevated risk of transmitting the Hepatitis C virus. It covers various topics relating to Hepatitis C, HIV and other STBBIs. It provides education on harm reduction, transmission, testing and treatment while providing participants with tools, strategies and resources. This program is offered in federal and provincial correctional facilities.
