Ride for Refuge 2026

Ride. Fundraise. Break the Cycle.

Join the John Howard Society of Southeastern New Brunswick on Saturday, October 3, 2026, as we come together to ride, walk, and fundraise in support of individuals and families seeking hope, opportunity, and brighter futures.

Introduction

The John Howard Society of Southeastern New Brunswick is proud to participate in Ride for Refuge 2026, a family-friendly fundraising event that brings communities together to support people seeking hope, safety, and belonging.

On Saturday, October 3, 2026, participants across Canada will walk, ride, and fundraise in support of charities making a meaningful difference in their communities. By joining our team or making a donation, you help strengthen programs that empower individuals, support families, and create brighter futures throughout Southeastern New Brunswick.

Whether you choose to ride, walk, volunteer, donate, or cheer from the sidelines, every contribution helps build a stronger, more compassionate community.

Why We Ride

Since 1955, the John Howard Society of Southeastern New Brunswick has been committed to helping individuals overcome barriers and build positive futures. Through education, employment, housing, justice, and community support programs, we work alongside people facing life’s toughest challenges with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Our mission is to elevate people, empower change, and enrich communities.

Funds raised through Ride for Refuge directly support these vital programs, helping us reduce barriers, prevent homelessness, encourage successful reintegration, and create opportunities for lasting change.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference—one rider, one donor, and one act of kindness at a time.
