Veteran Connections

The goal of this program is to identify veterans who are experiencing homelessness and to assist with connecting them to housing, resources, services, and programming. The goal is to reduce homelessness in our community and help increase the quality of life for those that have served their country and somehow seemed to have evaded the assistance they need and are entitled to.
