Employment Enhancement
The Employment Enhancement Program is designed to provide intensive, individualized support for individuals experiencing barriers to employment. Operating in a small cohort of eight participants, this program offers a focused and supportive environment where participants work one-on-one with an employment facilitator to build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce.
Program Features:
· Ages 16 and up
· Intensive employment counseling and personalized support
· Resume development and job search strategies
· Coaching and guidance for accessing the labour market
· Support strategies for coping with and overcoming employment barriers
· Opportunities for upskilling and learning
The program includes up to 12 weeks of preparation, followed by 10 weeks of employer subsidization, helping participants gain real-world experience while receiving continued support.
