Housing Case Management

Our case management team helps clients who are transitioning from other living arrangements (such as homelessness, housing first, or corrections). Our goal is to assist in a continuum of support and to help our residents identify needs and goals which will allow them to thrive in new ways that are meaningful to their lives. As such our case management team works directly with our tenants; providing them with structure, information, navigating support, and assists them in accomplishing their goals while providing them with a safe place to live.
