Youth Outreach Program (YOP)

At the (YOP), our mission is to provide culturally sensitive and relevant support to Black and racialized students and their families facing various challenges within the school and justice systems. Helping youth find jobs that match their skills.
Offering support, resources, and connections to the schools and participants through a variety of activities.
Building bridges with teachers to help students meet educational requirements.
Offering mentorship and assistance in navigating harassment and racism.
Providing education and support for students and families.
Developing presentations on cultural topics to help students thrive in a multicultural environment.
